3. Portrait Photography:
   • You are granted “Home Use Rights,” which means you may use the images for personal, non-commercial purposes.
   • You can print the images for personal use or as gifts.
   • Low-resolution (72dpi) versions of the images may be posted on your personal website or social media, provided they are not sold, and proper credit to Peter Miranda is given.
4. Commercial Use: Images may not be used for any commercial purpose without prior written consent. This includes using the images for advertising, promotion, or any commercial media.
5. Transfer of Rights: You may not transfer your rights to any third party, whether for profit or as a gift, and may not sell or create derivative works of the images for commercial purposes.

Digital Image Copies

If you purchase or are supplied with digital copies of photographs, you are responsible for securely storing these images.
We do not provide a backup service, so it is strongly recommended that you create copies and store them safely.
